Shipping Options & Fees

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD

• VIP Shipping: $9.99 USD

• Worldwide Free Shipping: Available on orders over $40 USD

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

• During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

• Since most of our products are made-to-order, cancellations are generally not accepted once processing has begun. However, we will do our best to assist you if you contact us promptly.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time refers to the period after your order has been shipped.

• Standard delivery: 7–15 business days

• Remote areas: 20–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated time frames only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, flight schedules, or local courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.

You can track your order anytime through the “Tracking” page on our website.

Important Notes

1. VIP/Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. After payment is completed, the warehouse requires 1–3 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

3. In most cases, packages arrive within the estimated delivery time, but external factors may cause delays. Please rely on tracking updates for the most accurate status.

4. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact our customer service within 45 days of the order date.

5. For general order or logistics issues, please contact us within 90 days of the order date.

6. Please confirm receipt of your order within 6 months of shipment. After this period, certain support features may no longer be available.
